Swags, valances and fan inserts are available to create your own favorite combinations of window toppers. Tiers in 30 inch and 36 inch come with one pair of tiebacks. Panel pairs comes with one pair of coordinated tiebacks! each piece hangs with a rod pocket and fit a rod up to 1 inch in diameter.
